Biryani the name is enough for many people's. I love Biryani and not a local restaurant style because they used biryani syrup to make flavour for rice and separately cook chicken and mix them.
But we need original flavour of biryani without biryani masala, and also it must be simple to make. Ok am here reveal the secret of biryani making.
Ingredients:
Chicken- 1/2 kg.
Siraga samba/24 karet rice-1/4 kg( 750 gram).
Tomato - 3
Onion - 5
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp.
Green chilly - 3
lemon -1.
curd-1/2 tumbler.
pudina - 1 cup.
coriander leave - 1/2 cup.
Garam masala, coriandor powder, cumin/seeragam powder, Aniseed/sombu powder- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp.
Red chilly powder - 2 tbsp.
ghee - 1tbsp.

Elakai-2.

Preparation:
wash chicken in ordinary water then add Garam masala, turmeric powder, Aniseed powder to wash chicken its helps to remove raw smell.
cut onion and tomato and make sure all the ingridients are available.
wash and sock rice.
crush jathikai, elakai, pattai, briyani leaf
Method:
Heat oil in a cooker, add crushed spies then add onions wait until its oops oil then add tomato, after 3 min add ginger garlic paste
Add washed chicken , puthina coriander leaves, lemon, curd, all masala powders, salt close with lid after 3 min add water for your rice quantity. if you use 2 cup rice add 3 cup water.
wait its change color then add rice close the lid in opposit side after water obsorb keep it on dumb in simmer your stive 10 min then off your dumb after 10 min open your biriyani.
