In my home every day we want rasam at lunch it's helps us to easy digestion and it will be in good taste..
Ingredients:
Tamarind -lemon size
Tomato- 1
turmeric powder -1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt as need
For Seasoning:
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Red chilly - 3 nos
Curry leaves - 1 strip
oil - 2 tbsp
For grind:
Black pepper- 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds/ seeragam-2 tbsp
Garlic 5 nos
Preparation:
Make one cup tamarind juice
Grind garlic cumin pepper
Cut tomato into small cubes
Method:
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan add mustard seeds red chilly, curry leave, then add grounded spicy powder.
Wait until the are smell gone now add tomato and turmeric powder cook it till tomato smash it well.
Finally add tamarind juice keep stove in low flame till it's boil.
Pour little water when Rasam start to boil.
Switch off the stove after add water.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Super rasam ready
