We all want to increase our child's memory power. I give you a simple tip for it
nutrition food:

- Curd with sugar mixer is helped them.
- Weekly once give one cup Channa dhal.
- Daily one banana, milk green vegetables, fruits.
Parents have to do:
- Ask them to related questions that could be they already saw or studied or other thing ,
- Kindly hear what they have to about anything.
- Every day ask about their travel in that day
- Allow them to join any exercise class like yoga, dance, drawing ( these class based on your child wish) its helped them to change and relaxing their mind in creative way.
- Don't push them to do any disliked work to them it make them feel bad
- Encourage them if they do any good work, it helps them to do many things interestly.
