Paneer fried veg rice is good evening time recipe , after school our child little hungry is solve by this healthy and easy recipe.
Ingridiants:
Rice -2 cup
Red, green, yellow capsicum - 1/2 cup
Paneer - 100g
Carrot,Beans,Cabbage -1/4 cup
Onions-1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 spoon
Preparation:
Cut the paneer into small cubes, heat oil in pan then add paneer cubes dry it some minutes now take paneer into another bowl.
Methods:
Heat a pan out 5 spoon of oil, keep high flame , out onion after few minutes add all vegetables then add paneer
Now add spicy powder like pepper powder, chilly powder, cumin powder mix that well. Add enough salt for vegetables
Finally add rice mix them well to check salt . Keep high flame in full cooking process in this dish .
Now your colorfull paneer veg rice ready.
